Carla Bruni, WTF have you done to your face?

Wed, 17 March 2010 10:27AM

After yesterdays post about ‘Teen Toxing’, I thought it rather fitting that today, I stumble upon these pictures of Carla Bruni, who appears to have wrecked her face entirely, Primpers. Well done Carla. Perhaps old mate Hannah Burge should check these images out, just to see exactly what happens when you have too many fillers and too much Botox. The result? Absolute mayhem.

Here’s the most recent shot of Carla looking all cat-like and terrifying…

Obviously the French first lady has been under a lot of stress over the past 12 months, this tends to accelerate the ageing process, Primpers and that’s why her skintone is looking flat and lifeless. Nothing a good dose of Omnilux won’t cure. What is concerning is that only 12 days before this photo was taken, she looked like this…

Dramatically different, I know. In my opinion, Carls has been hitting the fillers and injectables pretty damn hard in between these shots. Not a good idea, Primpers. As you can see, her eyes look more feline, her cheeks looks ridiculously pumped up and her face is so strained in movement, it looks painful to smile. WTF has she done?

The once stunning 42-year-old is looking twice her age with all this work. I just don’t know why she would go this far. Understandable she’s in the media spotlight but wouldn’t that deter you from creating such a drastic change in such a short period? You’d think so, but apparently not.

Here’s Carla back in April 2009, looking for more fresh faced and years younger…

Not even a year later and she’s channeling Jocelyn Wildenstein and Heidi Montag. I’m hoping young Hannah Barge and her mother are looking at these pictures and thinking twice about going over the top with Botox and fillers. The more proof I see of this, Primpers, the more anti I’m becoming. Perhaps I won’t be in line when I turn 50 after all.

What do you think Carla’s done here?
Do you think she looks OK?
What are your thoughts on cosmetic surgery?

    OMG that makes me cringe!

Its so scary I want to cry out of sympathy but she chose to do this to herself!

I can’t quite comprehend how dramatically her looks have changed in SUCH a short time !! :(

isn’t it ironic that procedures meant to make you look younger actually make you look dramatically older? she looked so youthful before she started trying to look youthful…

Something is seriously wrong. I refuse to believe she is anything but beautiful, so let’s all hope it is a rogue allergic reaction to something… Perhaps infidelity.

I think she’s also had a facelift between April 2009 and now. Everything points up (brows, eyes, nose, facial creases) in a horrible, unnatural way. I used to love Carla for bringing elegance to the First Lady mantle. Shame on you Ms Bruni. You’re not worthy of ‘French-ness’.

I think I’ve figured it out. When you reach a certain age (based on the individual), your skin gets too thin to handle fillers. And because at that time there is so much volume loss, you want more filler, but you just can’t have it without your face looking like dough. As usual, less is more. Hopefully most fillers that these overfilled women are using are the type that wear off after a few months.
