Hilary Duff is batting for Team Blonde once again

And as a result, PRIMPED Stadium erupts in earth shattering cheers. Woo!
But seriously, you know this news makes me smile, Primps, mainly because that darker, somewhat disastrous balayage style I spoke about last week was not doing the Duffsta’s beautiful face any justice at all. Nope, none whatsoever.
Don’t remember this not-so-awesome ‘do I speak of? Well, I do, so here it is again:
I do not like this one little bit.
These freshly dyed strands, on the other hand, I like. A lot. And the addition of the full fringe? This simply leaves Hils looking even cuter than she usually does. I love it.
Welcome back, Hilary. We’ve missed you and your fun, playful, blonde self. I do still like you with this ombré hue, but I don’t think dark strands do you any justice. A lighter hue brightens your face and makes your eyes pop, and that is exactly what we all want, really. So enjoy your new ‘do and the attention that’s sure to follow. (Here’s hoping your hubby isn’t the jealous kind, huh?)

Oh my goodness! That’s Hillary Duff? I so did not recognise her! Hmmmm, I’d prefer her lighter blonde locks rather than her darker brunette side. She looks more funky and groovy with lighter hair colour and I also think her in-season fringe looks fab on her!

The darker strands were ok but it did make her look quite a bit older. I don’t think you can beat natural, you find nice colours but it always comes back to what you were born with.

I personally love her with dark hair, although she does look a lot more like her sister when brunette. It is refreshing to see her blonde again, looks more like the old Hilary.

Blonde is deinitely better for Hil then brown hair!! completely agree with you. but i think it still doesnt look as good as before she dyed it.. her fringe has too many different coloured streaks… there looks like a black one in the middle there??! lol

Yes I made the comment before that she looks better as a blonde and this just reaffirms that opinion in my mind. She looks gorgeous.

Her new fringe looks great on her, but I do like dark her on her, it gives a bit more elegance to her look, but she looks good as a blonde too. Wished she stayed with dark for a while it was refreshing.

I have to disagree Cherie, I hate the blonde! I think it’s this colour in particular though – I think it’s pretty trashy looking. I thought the dark colour suited her, though that colour in particular wasn’t great.

I must admit, the brown really brings out her eyes (may just be her makeup), but the ends are horrible. The two tones she had were definitely not meant to be together. The blonde is the go. Loving it.

I still maintain with a few more colour jobs she could have become a gorgeous brunette… however the blonde works well for her colouring, and makes her look a little happier and younger
