The PRIMPED DJs Look Book instores: Grab the final spots and reap the rewards*

Have you guys seen our little Look Book of loveliness instore yet? I do hope so. And the instores to complement said Look Book of loveliness, well they kick off this Friday night in Brisbane. Pretty much all instores are full, but there are some with spots vacant and should you be free at those times, well no offense, but you’d be stupid to not come along, learn stuff and get a bag of incredimazing loot.

Now, while registrations are officially closed, here are the David Jones instores that still have Actual Seats left left, which means if you arrive 15 minutes early, you will nab a seat, some grub and a champagne, and of course, the famous Goody Bag of Cosmetic Splendour.

Brisbane this Saturday at 10.30am

Adelaide Friday 26 March 6.30pm and 7.30pm and Saturday March 27 at 10.30am (Uh, Adelaide? You did ask us to come and visit you next time, right? Or was that… Adeloude?)

Perth Saturday March 20 at 10.30am

Bondi Junction Thursday April 8 at 6.30pm

Chatswood Chase Thursday April 15 at 6.30pm

… For the sessions below, despite them being full (or just about full), I very much encourage you to come along because a few people generally don’t show up and there might be a spare seat/goody bag, and even if you don’t get a seat, come along and walk around with us, enjoy the real nice PRIMPED only discounts on the night and ask me any pressing beauty questions you’ve always wanted answered:

This Friday night, Queen Street, Brisbane 6.30pm and 7.30 pm

Friday April 9 Bourke Street, Melbourne at 6.30pm and 7.30pm

Friday March 20, Hay Street, Perth at 6.30pm and 7.30pm

Thursday April 8, Bondi Junction 7.30pm

Thursday April 15, Chatswood Chase 7.30pm

Thursday March 25, Elizabeth Street, Sydney at 6.30pm and 7.30pm

Phew.
I don’t know about you, but I’m pumped.

Now all I have to do is get my toe and fingernails painted, my eyebrows waxed, my skin looking good (cue Omnilux), my hair trimmed and blow-dried and my makeup sorted. Well I can’t very well host these things with chipped nails and shit brows and a filthy mop, can I? (That is rhetoric. No need to answer.) That would be like a stylist rocking up to do a pop-up fashion boutique for Vogue wearing side-snap silky tracksuit pants and an ill-fitting Hypercolour t-shirt.

*Rewards may or may not involve gold bullion, freshly-baked croissants and plane tickets to St Tropez.

And now I just need to get rid of the mountain residing on my chin thanks to a combination of a stressful week at work and late nights doing budgets, strategic plans and other not-so-fun tasks. Any tips? It’s been so long since I’ve had a blind pimple. I’m thinking about running out to grab Mario Badesco drying cream or buffering lotion or Dermalogica overnight clearing gel… Perhaps someone has a super dooper home remedy though?

Bels I had the same problem at DJ’s Bourke Street, I even asked at the help desk and she had NOOOOO idea, despite there being a sign out the front promoting Primped. Get it together DJ’s!!

Oh, I just saw my confirmation e-mail and I’m so excited! I didn’t get a spot last time and felt greatly disappointed. Yay! Sadly I have also forgotten which session I booked for, although I’m about 90% sure it was the 6.30 one!

Oopsies, I don’t remember either, I’m just showing up and hoping for the best.
In the mean time, a week and a half of worrying what to do with my make up for the exact same reason, I can’t show up in front of The Beauty Queen looking less than stellar. Oh, the pressure!

Just wondering… The Perth session says Friday the 20th, but the 20th is a Saturday. Is it suppose to be Friday the 19th or Saturday the 20th? I don’t want to turn up on the wrong day! Also not 100% sure of the session I got. Confirmation would be great. Memory of a gold fish!

Zoe, I’m really keen to come along to the DJ’s Sydney Elizabeth st (either session) but will be travelling 2hrs+ to be there, any chance you could confirm if there could be a spot there for me? I emailed you and Yasemin @ info@primped a week ago Cheers
