  One of the best eye make-up removers I’ve used. Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth after use. Skin almost feels more hydrated.

  Takes off heavy mascara very quickly.

  My eyes usually have no reaction to this product, although occassionally I’ll feel a slight tingle in the outer corners afterwards.

  I absolutely love this product and use it every day to take off my eyeliner and mascara.

  I first discovered it four years ago and have used nothing else ever since. It leaves no residue, and I quite like how easily it removes my makeup without me having to tug or scrub at it.

  In addition, I wear contact lenses and it’s been really comfortable so far, causing no irritation or redness. A little bit goes a really long way, so it’s really worth the price!

  This Lancome eye makeup remover is one of those dual phase formulas where you need to shake to combine and activate the product. Though it claims to be non-oily, this product does in fact have a slightly oil consistency and some may not like the slippery, oily residue it leaves behind. This remover it is gentle and effective in removing eye makeup including waterproof mascara without the need to tug and rub the delicate eye area. However, it is a bit on the pricey side and after using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup Remover, I don’t think I will repurchase this as the Neutrogena remover is very similar and removes my eye makeup just as easily and at a fraction of the price!

  I love eye makeup removers like this one, shake to mix, dispense onto a cotton pad and move eye makeup.
  In two quick wipes per eye I can remove all traces of eye makeup without any oily residue.
  Even though I like this, I won’t repurchase as the neutropenia one is as good and is a lot cheaper!

  Lancome Bi-Facial is a gentle and effective eye makeup remover as it effortlessly removes nearly all traces of heavy eye makeup. Just apply a few drops onto a cotton pad and gentle massage over closed eyes. The formula is slightly oily and does leave a shiny oily residue after usage, but this doesn’t bother me as I always cleanse my skin afterwards. The formula is very gentle to my sensitive eyes and it has a very subtle scent to it. It is pricey for a full sized bottle, however, I always end up getting a 30ml travel size in gwp’s on offer throughout the year.

  This is my current eye makeup remover. I think that this is really excellent – it is super gentle and really dissolves makeup well. It needs to be shaken to get the right consistency but otherwise is easy to use. My only criticism is that it is a touch oily and does make my eyes a little smudgy for a moment or two. But overall this is a great product and is very effective as an eye makeup remover.

  This is a fantastic product!! It really works, I’ve never encountered eye makeup that it couldn’t remove. It’s really easy to use just gently shake the bottle and it’s ready to go. As others have mentioned it can feel a little oily but I don’t think this is a bad thing, it leaves my skin feeling moisturised rather than the dried out feeling of other products
