  I used this for quite a long but I don’t think it made much differnce to my face. It does cleans face quite well but it doesnt help in getting rid of blemishes. So, I m not very impressed with it.

  I don’t think it’s as effective in removing blemishes as scrubs but it still makes your face feel and smell nice and clean and fresh.

  I purchased this for my young teenage daughter. I was lucky enough to get a few bottles while they were on sale and so she had a great supply and her skin looks great.
  She really loves this product.

  Gel washes are better for oily skin, i have combination skin and found this a tad on the drying side, i have pretty much tried all of the stayclear range and this is my least used and least favourite. Overall the quality and performance of clearasil products have not impressed me either.

  My first impression was that I really liked the clear see through bottle because I love to be able to see the product inside and know how much I’m using as well. The ice blue colour of the gel is really pretty too.
  When I first went to use the product, it took me a little bit of fiddling around with the pump before I realized it isn’t like your regular pump bottle where it pops up the first time you use it. You just push down on the pump and away you go!
  I found that I only needed to push the pump half the way down to get more than enough of the product to cleanse my whole face, neak and decollate area of my skin. The product lathers up into a nice, thick white foam and the more you work it the more the foam lathers up!
  The smell of this stuff is so nice! I couldn’t quite put my finger on it at first, but after hearing some of the other people’s opinions and them mentioning the smell being green apples, I had a light bulb moment! That was what I was smelling! It is delightful to breathe in as you’re washing you face, especially in the morning. It is very refreshing to wake up to.
  After cleansing I really noticed a positive change to the appearance of my skin. It looked really refreshed and clean without drying out at all and I could notice that the excess oil was gone.
  My only disappointment I had with this otherwise perfect product was that it didn’t unfortunately clear up my current break outs and in fact since using it, my skin has continued to break out. So as much as it feels wonderful to use, I may have to switch back to my harsher cleansers for a while. Once my skin clears back up though I would happily continue to use this product. I can’t get enough of the smell!

  Clearasil Daily Gel Wash comes in a convenient pump bottle which dispenses the right amount for each cleanse. The gel lathers up very well and deeply cleanses my pores. I enjoy using this gel wash, however, sometimes I feel that my skin gets a little dry, possible due to the gel wash stripping the oils from my skin. My skin however stays clear and the breakouts and pimples are at bay. Overall, Clearasil Daily Gel wash doesn’t completely work best for my skin.

  I found this cleanser gentler to begin with, but then it began to really dry out my skin and make it look really dry and flakey (I normally have normal skin and oily T-zone).

  It did get rid of blemishes quite quickly though, so I’d still use it but only very rarely.

  i have been pleasantly surprised with this product! I have combination skin and I occasionally get pimples.
  I’ve been using it for the last 2 weeks, twice daily.

  I love the packaging of the product; it has a pump so that you don’t use too much product at once. It comes out as a blue gel that creates a foaming wash.

  Clearasil Daily Clear Oil-Free Daily Gel Wash leaves my skin feeling very refreshed and clean! I always moisturize after using this gel wash, so dryness isn’t a problem for me! It has helped clear up and prevent annoying whiteheads and blemishes.

  Pros:
  -Cleans skin without over drying or irritating skin
  -Appealing packaging and colour
  -Cleanses well including removing makeup
  -Nice fresh scent.

  Cons:
  -Can sting a bit if your face has any open cuts (from previous acne or the sort).

  Overall, i would recommend this product to anyone with normal to oily skin who get pimples occasionally.

  Great value product that works

  The invitation to try this wonderful cleanser couldn’t have come at a better time for me. I have always battled breakouts as both a teen and an adult and my skin had been playing up again after a rather rough microderm session I had a few weeks before. For years I have been very faithful to my trusty Clinique Foaming Facial Wash but this called for something a bit more acne targeted.

  I was very happy with the results I saw from this cleanser. Within a few days I noticed the blemishes I had starting to clear up and a significant decrease in the number of new ones. The pump on this product made it really easy to use and dispenses just the right amount of product. At first I was using two pumps but it foams really well so one pump is well and truly enough.

  I didn’t really notice a strong scent; I can’t stand really chemically smelling products so I’d much prefer a lighter or no scent at all. I have been using this daily now for a few weeks and I must say, the foaming nature of this cleanser means a little goes a long way and at such an affordable price point its great value for money. I would definitely repurchase it now but I think this bottle will last me quite a while longer.

  I will keep using this to see results over a longer time period but I think it would be great for teens in particular. My skin feels smoother without being left dry or tight which I have found can be a result of other acne cleansers. Highly recommend giving this a try if acne is an issue for you.
