Burts Bees have a great range of lip balms. For me I find the Honey flavour the least pleasant mainly because of the smell. It does leave my lips feeling moisturised for a while though so its still great as long as you like Honey

I like this lip balm, though I agree with keppers that the smell is a bit weird, very beeswaxy. Apart from that, I found that it kept my lips moisturised and also worked well when I mixed it with lipstick or powder for extra colour.

I love this lip balm, it is my go to lip balm which i carry around in my pocket at work! it keeps my lips moisturized and tastes yum if you eat it off. only prob is that it doesnt contain SPF, and the passionfruit one with SPF comes out very white on your lips.

This is the best range of lip balm I have come across in a long time. It doesn’t provide any shine but leaves lips feeling soft and moisturised for hours. I love the smell and the fact that the ingredients are all natural. At such a low price you can afford to have one in every flavour! Yum!

this lip balm is great it goes on so smooth and keeps my lips feeling moisturized all threw the day. i also love the smell, it smells so edible!

Not a fan of the honey version lip balm. Doesn’t leave my lips feeling or looking moisturised – which is disappointing.

At first I hated this lip balm, as I was using it in my freezerbox office, and it was so hard that it wouldn’t slide on my lips properly

I took it home to put on my nightstand to use it up, and now I love it!

It has the perfect texture of being moisturising/oily, but still waxy enough that it stays on your lips for a few hours. It’s still there when I wake up in the morning if I apply it last thing at night, but I find lipstick go’s on top of this really well. It’s the only lip balm I’ll use under lipstick.

For me it’s a definite repurchase (unless I move to a colder climate – then maybe not!)

Fantastic everyday (or ten times a day) balm that keeps lips soft and kissable. I light fresh smell and inoffensive flavour. Very affordable.

This is my all time favorite lip balm as it does exactly what it says! I have always been impressed with burts bees lip balms and this lip balm is probably the best lip balm within the burts bees lip balm collection!!

It moisturizes my lips without irritating it and it also soothes cracked lips during those harsh winter times! The texture of the lip balm is soft and I feel like it glides on to my lips without the “pulling” feeling !! I feel like the lip balm really does sink into my lips!!

Surprisingly im not irritated by the smell:)

If you like natural, lightly scented lip balms then this is one that you need to try.

Honey Lip Balm is a matte, waxy balm that is very moisturising and has a lovely honey scent.

As it’s quite waxy it lasts hours before it needs to be reapplied and it makes a good lip primer when used under lip gloss or lipstick.

Due to the matte finish it’s a great unisex balm.

This is my fave lip balm for beside the bed, I apply at night and can still feel it in the morning. I like that it’s all natural and I’m a fan of the honey scent, though I could see why some might not be so fond of it. I’ve tried lots of lip balms but I’m sticking with this one from now on! Very happy!

This lip balm is great for a long, cold winter when your lips start to dry and crack from the blistering winds, reach for this!

Great smelling balm that leaves the lips feeling cool and nourished. Great for winter when skin dries out quickely.

My friend first brought this back from the States as gifts for myself and some other friends. That’s when I first fell in love with Burts Bees Lip Balm. I love, love, love it! I have strayed once or twice, but always come back to it.

Was very moisturizing but the smell and taste was not good.

I didn’t continue using this product and wouldn’t recommend it.

I love honey and that is why i bought this one. At first it didn’t glide on easily and i hated it. After leaving it on my lips for a little while, i found it heated up and then applied better. Leaves my lips moisturized to a certain degree but i since have tried another brand which gives me instant results.

I love this lip balm and pretty much all of Burt’s Bees products really! So smooth on application, stays on my lips and leaves them soft and smooth! If it’s not the honey balm, it’s certainly another Burt’s Bees lip balm in my handbag with me at all times! Among my many lip products, this always gets first pick!

    Burts Bees make great lipbalms!
The Pomegranate lipbalm is my favourite lipbalm admittedly, but this honey balm is equally as lovely, if not as quite as moisturising as the Pomegranate. That said, this balm stays on my lips for ages and being a little waxier than the Pomegranate balm seems to provide more of a barrier on my lips, thats great for windy days when my lips tend to dry out quickly.
This balm doesn’t leave any colour on my lips so it’s also great as a primer under lipstick or gloss.
    Highly recommended.

At first I didn’t like the smell of this lip balm. It smelled like a strange kind of pollen and certainly not like honey (not that honey has a smell anyway). However it grew on me and I started loving it. This lip balm is conditioning and moisturising and very light, perfect for summer. I love it and would recommend it anyday.

This is quite nice and moisturising but if you don’t reapply, it tends to give you those horrible plastic lips. I won a free set of these with all the different flavours and they all smell lovely. This one in particular is nice but it’s not my favourite lip balm as I like ones which don’t make me dependent on them in the long run.

I love all Burts Bees lipbalms. This one is very smooth and nuturing. Just a briliant lipbalm really. No faults.

I absolutely adore this lip balm, good purchase, even if I do say so myself. At first, the smell really put me off, it was strong and smelled like some medicine with a hint of honey. Overtime, I got used to it, but only make sure to use it at night. That’s no problem for me.
It applies well and has good texture. The result is soft and smooth lips, moisturised and hydrated. I love how the nice feeling lasts in the morning. Highly recommended!

I love all the Burts Bees Lip Balms, and while I love this one for its very moisturising qualities, I have to say that I just cant stand the very strong smell of honey, which is just too much. Sorry, this one is just not for me.

I buy this lip balm for my partner because he suffers from very dry and cracked lips when he’s working. He loves this one, even the smell he likes (I’m not so much a fan of the smell tho).
Within a few uses his lips are back to their soft and smooth self.
Like all the other Burt’s Bees lip balms this one is super moisturising and locks it into the lips, keeping them hydrated for hours not minutes.
I will definately keep buying this little gem for my man!!

soft and smooth lip balm but a bit pricy

  • Posted by: skybluemaniac Supporter // Thu, 31 January 2013 09:13pm

Alright lip balm. Probably my least favourite in the lip balm range. On the packaging it describes it as ‘sweet and yummy’ but in fact only has a slight honey taste. However, it does a great job in moisturising

A useful lip balm. Stays on and mositurises lips for a reasonable length of time. I honestly can’t smell a honey scent from it but that might just be my nose. I’d buy this again! 4/5

One of my favourites – I love all the Burts Bees Lip Balms and this Honey one is so good! It moisturises your lips beautifully, lasts ages, is never sticky – I have these everywhere! There is also one with a grey lid which is called a conditioning lip balm and it’s divine! I keep that next to the bed and use it last thing at night :D

  • Posted by: balletdoll Enthusiast // Thu, 2 October 2014 01:09pm

I was a bit disappointed in this balm but it may be because of the cold weather where I live. I found that this was not very moisturising on my lips and it did not glide on very well.
