  I’ve been a devoted nail chewer as long as I can remember. I’m sure you aren’t looking at this unless you are hardcore like me. The taste really is foul, and it does make you think about putting your hands in your mouth. It stays on all day (makes it difficult for finger food), but I still didn’t successfully outgrow my nail biting habit – my own fault, not the product’s.

  It’s certainly an effective product – I haven’t had to use this in years, as after only a short while I stopped biting my nails and haven’t since!

  my mother used this on my younger sister as she used to suck her fingers when she was little and this product seriously helped her kick that habit.
  The smell is really quite strong but you cant notice it when its dry..
  it is really an effective product and if you know of anyone or your children suck their fingers or bite there nails then this product is a must…

  my friend bought me this to stop me from biting my nails.. its good when its on, the taste is disgusting.. but as soon as i wash my hands (and i do that real often) it comes off :S

  My mum used to use this product on my sisters when we were younger and all I can say is that it did not work. Yeah they hated the taste as it was horribly bitter, but it didn’t stop them from biting their nails.
  In the end my mum gave up.
  I guess this would work on people more willing to give up nail biting.
